Announce Zone Control Center to your team.

Hi Team,

I'm excited to announce that the next time you log into NetSuite, you will see a new unified workspace called Zone Control Center.

Zone Control Center is a centralized platform that connects all of our Zone workflows within NetSuite. Access it by selecting Zone&Co > Product > ZoneBilling or ZoneCapture or ZoneApprovals [select your products and remove others] in your NetSuite header menu.

• Navigate between saved searches using the sidebar menu. Loaded saved searches will remain even when navigating between different sections of Zone Control Center - saving you time!
• Use the sidebar menu to also navigate between Zone products - saving you clicks! [This sentence is only needed if you have multiple Zone products, remove this bullet point if not needed.]
• View the operational dashboard - find real-time data and insights! However, because we have not updated to the latest ZoneBilling version, our dashboard will not include any data. Once we finish testing the latest code, our dashboards populate. [These sentences is only needed for ZoneBilling customers that haven't upgraded to ZoneBilling code version 2026.04.07.2 or higher.]
• Zone Control Center dashboard data and saved searches will mimic your existing NetSuite permissions. You will not have more or less access within Zone Control Center than you have already been given within NetSuite - providing a secure environment!
