Hi Team,

I'm excited to announce that the next time you log into NetSuite, you will see a new unified workspace called Zone Control Center, along with our new intelligent AI agent, Zoe Subscription Intelligence.

Zone Control Center is a centralized platform that connects all of our Zone workflows within NetSuite. Access it by selecting Zone&Co > Product > ZoneBilling or ZoneCapture [select one or leave both] in your NetSuite header menu.

Within this new workspace, you also have access to Zoe Subscription Intelligence via an AI chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. Zoe Subscription Intelligence allows you to ask plain-english questions about your billing and subscription data, Zoe then uses foundational knowledge about ZoneBilling, NetSuite, and our own customized metadata to provide answers.

Because we have not updated to the latest ZoneBilling version, our dashboard will appear blurry. Until we finish testing and are ready to update our code, you can still use the new left bar navigation menu and Zoe Subscription Intelligence chat within Zone Control Center. Once we update to the latest ZoneBilling code, our dashboards will also populate. [This section is only needed if you haven't updated to the latest version of ZoneBilling yet.]

You can navigate between ZoneCapture and ZoneBilling using the side bar menu - saving you clicks! However, Zoe Subscription Intelligence is only available on ZoneBilling. AP Intelligence, the upcoming Zoe intelligent chat skill for ZoneCapture + ZoneApprovals, will be available soon. [This section is only needed if you have both ZoneCapture and ZoneBilling.]

These tools are highly secure and you should feel completely comfortable using them:

Strict Security & Permissions: Zoe automatically enforces your existing NetSuite role-based permissions, meaning she will only pull and analyze data that you are already authorized to view.
Built for Finance: Zoe is built on "deterministic AI," meaning she operates using strict, defined rules to provide consistent, accurate responses for financial data, rather than guessing like generic AI chatbots.
Fully Transparent: Zoe acts as "explainable AI." After every response, she shows you the exact SuiteQL query she used to find the data, making it incredibly easy for you to verify her work.
Privacy: The queries you submit to Zoe cannot be seen by anyone here or at Zone.
Usage Allowance: Our company is allowed 100 queries a month across all NetSuite users. However, there aren't any surprise charges or overages and you'll be notified in-app when we hit 50% of our monthly queries, 80%, and 90%.
- If we use 100% of our queries, we won't be able to submit any more questions for the month, but there are no overages and we cannot accidentally go over the allotted number of questions.
- Feel free to try different types of prompts throughout the month.
- Consider using Zoe to complete a leakage analysis, pull information for a revenue report, or surface trends in your subscription data.
